Alison Davies has completed a Masters in Fine Art at West Dean College, Chichester, West Sussex. She began her art training at St Albans School of Art. Although continuing to paint she went on to study music at Dartington College of Arts, Devon. She taught the oboe in Leicestershire for some years whilst bringing up a family before training as a music therapist and psychotherapist. She has always continued to develop her painting, which is influenced by her love and practice of music.
